Tony Aiello Jr. represented two gun owners who challenged the gun control measure shortly after its passage by Oregon voters in 2022 and had petitioned the Supreme Court to overturn a March ruling that deemed it constitutional. The three-judge panel from the Oregon Court of Appeals reversed a 2023 ruling from Harney County Circuit Court Judge Robert Raschio, who found the law unconstitutional.
