Burlington's Patrick Leahy International Airport as of now is not one of 40 U.S. airports that will see a 10% cut in flights by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) amid the ongoing government shutdown.
The fact that Burlington's airport isn't on the federal lists, doesn't ensure those flying in and out of Burlington, will not be affected by cancelations as airports across the country try to reduce their flights. As of Thursday evening, there were no reported cancellations for flights arriving or departing from BVT on Friday.
