A three-day workshop on “Empowering Principals for 21st-Century Education” was organised by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Zonal Institute of Education & Training, Chandigarh. The workshop was inaugurated by Shruti Bhargava, Deputy Commissioner & Director, ZIET, Chandigarh, who emphasised the need for visionary and adaptive school leadership to meet the educational challenges of the 21st century. In her address, she highlighted the evolving role of principals in leading innovation and ensuring quality education in the rapidly changing academic landscape. A total of 50 principals from Dehradun, Delhi, Jammu, Chandigarh, and Gurugram regions of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan participated in the programme.
