Canceled flights piling up at Reagan National ahead of mandatory cuts to air traffic

Reagan National Airport (DCA) is among 40 high-volume airports across the country expected to see a cascade of flight cancellations starting Friday. It's all due to a shortage of air traffic controllers due to the government shutdown.
