SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - The Parisi family has sold their restaurant property to local developer Seven Diamonds for a $30 million luxury condominium project near the University of Notre Dame campus.
The development, called “The Parisi,” will feature 39 two-bedroom units across four floors on the former restaurant site.
“It was important to us that whatever we did next with our property, the family stayed involved,” said Travis Parisi, son of the owner. “The result of that vision is ‘The Parisi’ — a project that really honors both our family’s history and the growth of this community.”
