MEDFORD, Ore. - A 23-year-old man from Stayton has been arrested in Medford for crimes committed in Albany, according to the Albany Police Department.

APD officials said that Alexzander Israel Bentley-Lopez faces charges including kidnapping and multiple counts of felony assault and will be transferred to the Linn County Jail. The charges also include coercion and domestic violence, police said.

Authorities said the investigation is ongoing, and authorities will release more details when confirmed and legally appropriate. The Albany Police Department expressed gratitude to multiple law enforcement agencies for their assistance in the arrest.
