BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) -- The 17th Annual United Way of Southern West Virginia's Wonderland of Trees will open at Tamarack Marketplace this coming Friday.
Forty-one agencies, businesses, and individuals have decorated trees for the event.
Trena Dacal, Executive Director of United Way, said the event is full of Christmas spirit.
"People can come and view the trees, vote on their favorite for one dollar per vote which will enter them into a raffle for a gift card. Then our auction is Friday the 21st at 6 p.m., so that if you go up and see a tree that you fall in love with, you can come back to the auction and bid on it and take it home," said Dacal.
