FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A man who lives in a camper on his mother’s property in south Fargo is accused of making online posts threatening President Donald Trump and law enforcement officers.

An arrest warrant for Andrew Sandvik was approved on Wednesday by U.S. Magistrate Judge Alice R. Senechal.

He was taken into custody at 1531 5th Avenue South on a count of Influencing Federal Official by Threat.

Fargo Police Department and FBI investigations began on September 4, 2025.

During a search of the property they located cinder blocks with the words “Danger” written on them and bottles filled with unknown liquids.

More concerning posts aimed at President Trump and FBI Director Kash Patel were discovered on September 17, 2025.
