President Donald Trump has now hosted the leaders of five Central Asian countries at the White House. This comes as Trump continues to look for deals related to the rare earth metals needed for high-tech devices, including smartphones, electric vehicles and fighter jets. President Trump and officials from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan held an evening summit and dinner at the White House on Thursday evening.
