A day after Bihar went to polls for Phase 1 of the State Assembly elections, the campaigning for the second and final phase gains further momentum with several senior leaders of the NDA and the opposition Mahagatbandhan holding multiple rallies in the State on Friday (November 7, 2025). The focus is now on Seemanchal, Magadh, Shahabad, and Champaran regions. The second phase will be held on November 11, and the counting will take place on November 14.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address rallies in Bihar’s Aurangabad and Bhabhua. RJD’s Tejashwi Yadav and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi from the opposition Mahagatbandhan alliance are also expected to hold multiple rallies across the State.
