BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Attention Ascension Parish shoppers! The family shopping show returns to Gonzales with local and out-of-town vendors.

The Merry Market is a shopping show with over 400 vendors. The founders and owners, the Ogea Family, have been in the Christmas show business for 28 years and decided to start their own Christmas Shopping Show.

Merry Market will be held at the Lamar-Dixon Expo Center, 9039 S. St. Landry Avenue in Gonzales, starting on Friday, Nov. 7, through Sunday, Nov. 9.

Patrons can buy clothes, food, books and decor from the vendors, such as 7Brew Coffee and Kendra Scott. You can view the vendor list here.
