WayOUT has announced the recipients of its 2025 Impact Award, which will be awarded at the nonprofit’s upcoming Gayla.

Oscar-winning Milk writer Dustin Lance Black , RuPaul’s Drag Race: All Stars Season 2 winner Alaska , Golden Globe-nominated singer Leland and Crooked Media co-founder Jon Lovett are among this year’s honorees, who will be recognized on Nov. 15 at Avalon Hollywood.

Black’s award will be presented by his Olympic gold-medalist husband Tom Daley, with more guests to be announced.
