A Southern California man was arrested in connection with the alleged sexual assaults of several women.

The suspect, Davionne Jackson, 33, of Los Angeles, was arrested on Oct. 10 in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, and extradited to California, where he was booked for an outstanding sexual assault warrant, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

According to police, Jackson has a “long history of claiming to be a famous R&B singer.” He would reportedly use that claim to meet and connect with women online before sexually assaulting them.

Detectives believe there are additional victims who have not come forward and are releasing his booking photo in case victims recognize him.

No further details were released as the case remains under investigation.
