Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson said he wants to see all the facts before weighing in on what to do with City Hall : either move out of the 47-year-old building designed by renowned architect I.M. Pei — or stay and potentially spend nearly $600 million for repairs and maintenance over the next decade.

"I know we have issues because I work in the building every day with City Hall," said Johnson.
