Attorney: Eureka Springs man accused of first-degree murder in fatal Fort Smith shooting may not be fit to proceed

FORT SMITH -- The attorney for a Eureka Springs man charged with first-degree murder in the summertime shooting death of a Fort Smith man is requesting an evaluation to determine if the defendant is mentally fit to go to trial.
