CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland Heights native Laila Edwards assisted on Team USA’s first goal and set the tone for Abbey Murphy to score a hat trick as the U.S. women’s hockey team topped Canada, 4-1, at Rocket Arena on Thursday night.

The contest was Game 1 of the four-game “Rivalry Series” between the teams as they prepare for the Winter Olympics in Italy from Feb. 6-22.
