Sophia Vriesendorp had a goal and an assist as the Princeton Day School, No. 20 in the NJ.com statewide Top 20, earned its fifth straight win, a 7-0 conquest of Doane Academy in their NJSIAA Non-Public B quarterfinal in Princeton.
The Panthers will host sixth-seeded Bishop Eustace Monday in a sectional semifinal. Bishop Eustace was a 1-0 winner over Holy Cross in its quarterfinal.
Six different Princeton Day players scored as the Panthers, champions of the Colonial Valley Conference Tournament, stayed undefeated, at 19-0-1.
Ava Szalabofka, Juliana Hartman, Samantha Sennett, Jessenia Dieng, Sara Teryek and Mia Martin provided the goals. Mae Braswell made three saves to earn the clean sheet, her 11th of the season.
It was the end of a four-game win streak for Doane Academy (10-8-1).
