HAMPTON COUNTY, S.C. (WTOC) - The Hampton County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for 40-year-old Jerome Warren who is wanted in connection with a deadly shooting that occurred on Altman Road, near the Whippy Swamp area, on November 2, 2025.

Warren is wanted for the following charges:

Murder

Assault / Attempted Murder

Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime

The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. The public is urged to not approach him under any circumstances.

A cash reward is being offered for information leading to Warren’s apprehension.
