Former LSU gymnast Olivia “Livvy” Dunne’s new West Village apartment is in a celebrity-filled building where less-famous residents love rubbing shoulders with the rich, famous and sometimes infamous, The Post has learned.
The VIP-friendly vibe is much different from the subdued Upper West Side co-op board members who notoriously rejected Dunne from buying baseball legend Babe Ruth’s former home over concerns the influencer overshared too much on social media .
“Obviously, there was no question, but we’re very happy when these celebrities are coming into the building, as long as they don’t disrupt the tranquillity,” said Tamir Shemesh, one of Dunne’s new neighbors.
