Toru Kubota’s war documentary My Camera, My Gun was presented with the TAICCA X CNC Award at the close of TCCF Pitching, a four-day pitching event held during Taiwan Creative Content Fest (November 4-7).

The Portugal-Japan collaboration received a cash prize of $30,000 from the two sponsors of the award – TCCF organiser Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA) and France’s CNC. The $20,000 (NTD600,000) Hami Video Creativity Award, sponsored by Taiwanese telco Chunghwa Telecom, went to Danny Tseng’s sci-fi thriller Soul Lantern , produced by Taiwan’s D-Day Pictures.

TAICCA also presented a TCCF MyPick Project Award worth $3,300 (NTD100,000) to Filipino series Never The Bride , produced by Fire And Ice Media, Volos Films and Ghost City Films.
