ALLIANCE ‒ U.S. Army veteran A.K. Fullmer will be the keynote speaker Nov. 11 at the city's Veterans Day ceremony at Memorial Park.
The event starts at 11 a.m. Note that the ceremony has a new location this year.
Fullmer, 38, a graduate of Louisville High School, is a civil engineering technician for the City of Canton. He and his wife have four children. He has served in the Ohio Army National Guard since 2005, as a chief warrant officer.
"Veterans Day is a chance for all people but most especially veterans to slow down and reflect," Fullmer said. "Reflect on the good times, the bad times and the ones we've lost."
