Bihar Assembly Election : In his fresh attack against the BJP, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday leveled new “vote chori” (vote theft) allegations on the rival party, claiming that BJP leaders who had cast their votes in the Delhi elections earlier this year, also voted in the first phase of the Bihar assembly election.
