Bristol and Bath set to lose major homeware retailer after company collapse View Image

A major homeware retailer is due to close all of it's showrooms after the business went into administration. The company has branches all over the UK including Bristol and Bath , which are also set to close.

Fired Earth was liquidated on October 31 after the company filed a notice of intention to appoint administrators. The branch had been operating for more than 40 years, offering interior design services to customers across the country. The closure will see the loss of 133 jobs.

The Bristol and Bath branches, along with 19 other showrooms, are due to shut soon and the company will only continue working from its Banbury head office and warehouse whilst it fulfils existing orders.
