The county saw a total of 27 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $1 million. The average price per square foot was $542.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 27 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $850K, single-family home at 403 Central Ave.

The sale of the single-family residence at 403 Central Ave. in Cape May Point, has been finalized. The price was $850,000. It was built in 1948. The deal was finalized on Oct. 6.
