The Michigan State Police St. Ignace Post is partnering with Walmart in Cheboygan for a “Stuff a Blue Goose” event.

The public is encouraged to stop by and donate non-perishable food items and personal hygiene products for area food pantries from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, according to a community announcement.

Officials said this event is a great opportunity to meet troopers and help support those in need.
