The slugger slashed .291/.395/.537 with 22 HR, 52 RBI, and 20 SB in 136 games before a late hand fracture sidelined him. Despite the injury, he posted an .841 OPS and 4.5 bWAR, making him the top prize in this off-season’s class.

Multiple teams are already in pursuit of Tucker. However, with his price tag ranging from $400 to $500 million, the chances of small-market teams bidding for him seem to be falling away. The Chicago Cubs themselves are not a huge favorite to sign Tucker.
