OBERLIN, La. (KPLC) - The Allen Parish Fair is set to return to the Allen Parish Fairgrounds in Oberlin on Nov. 12.
The fair will have an exciting lineup of events to honor veterans, highlight the best of Allen Parish culture and youth, and showcase community spirit.
The fair will run for four days, beginning on Wednesday, Nov. 12, through Saturday, Nov. 15.
There will be poultry and rabbit exhibits, local food vendors, arts and crafts, a chili cook-off, live music, rodeo nights, and a full carnival.
The event will open with a special Veterans Tribute during the ribbon cutting ceremony at 6 p.m. that Wednesday, which will be presented by Miss Allen Parish 2025, Avery Jolie Williams, with her Royal Court and the Fair Board President, Mr. Lawrence Rasberry.
