ST. CHARLES, Ill. (WGN) — An Illinois chiropractor is accused of secretly video taping his patients as they undressed or were partially unclothed, the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office announced Thursday.

David Hanson, 43, of Batavia, the owner of Hanson Family Chiropractic, faces felony charges of: • Producing child pornography, Class X felony (5 counts) • Disseminating child pornography, Class X felony (3 counts) • Possessing child pornography, Class 2 felony (6 counts) • Unauthorized video recording of a minor through/under the clothes, Class 3 felony (3 counts)

Investigators allege that Hanson recorded at least 186 of his patients, primarily girls and women. Their ages ranged from 3 years old to adults.
