Actor Priyanka Chopra offered her condolences on the death of Zarine Khan on Friday. She reflected on fond memories and expressed how she will always be missed.

Zarine Khan, wife of veteran actor-filmmaker Sanjay Khan, died at her Mumbai residence on Thursday after a period of illness related to age. She is survived by her husband, Sanjay Khan, and their four children. These include Sussanne Khan, Simone Arora, Farah Ali Khan, and actor Zayed Khan.

On her Instagram story, Priyanka wrote, "I'll always remember you with the greatest joy and incredible energy. You will be very missed Zarine aunty (sic)."

Zarine was a close friend of the actor's mother, Madhu, who also shared a post on her Instagram account.

The message came as members of the film fraternity and the Khan family remember
