A 22-year-old Indian student from Rajasthan’s Alwar district, who had been pursuing a medical degree in Russia, was found dead nearly three weeks after he went missing. The student, identified as Ajit Singh Chaudhary from Kafanwada village, had been studying at Bashkir State Medical University in Ufa city since 2023.

According to reports, Ajit left his hostel around 11 am on October 19, telling a friend he was stepping out to buy milk. He never returned. His family last spoke to him just an hour before he went missing.

The next day, on October 20, Ajit’s uncle Bhoom Singh told The New Indian Express that the family received a call from Russian police but were given no clear information.
