A South Carolina lawyer is being sued for allegedly "manufacturing, disseminating and perpetuating" a false narrative about a deadly road rage shooting for the family of the alleged victim — and his own personal fame, the lawsuit says.
Attorney Mark Tinsley, of Allendale, is accused of manipulating "the facts" surrounding a 2023 road rage incident in which a North Myrtle Beach businessman, Weldon Boyd, allegedly shot North Carolina resident Scott Spivey in the back while joined by his friend, Kenneth Williams.
