Tavistock and Mitchell will be represented at this weekend’s Provincial Junior Hockey League Prospect Games.

This year’s event features the 80 best 16- and 17-year-old players from across the league, split into two matchups. The South Conference will face the East Conference in Streetsville, while the North Conference and West Conference will meet in Wingham.

Both games are slated for Saturday at 1 p.m.

“This event is a celebration of the incredible young talent developing across the PJHL,” league commissioner Terry Whiteside said in a release. “It’s always exciting to see our future stars compete and represent their conferences with pride.”

Rookie forwards Tucker Otto and Nolan Miller will represent the Braves for the South Conference.
