AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - The man accused of shooting and killing his ex-wife and her mother outside a Best Buy store was set to appear in bond court Friday.

Hajir Talabzadeh, 40, requested bond in the double murder case. Richmond County investigators say 41-year-old Melissa Domingo and her mother, 79-year-old Elizabeth Domingo, were shot and killed in the Best Buy parking lot on Walton Way Extension in early September.

The two were shot in teh parking lot of the Augusta Best Buy in front of Melissa Domingo’s young son, whom she shares with Talabzadeh.
