A 13-year-old boy was left with injuries to his face, legs and feet after he was hit by a car in a hit-and-run. The collision took place in Boundary Road, Ramsgate, at around 5.30pm on Tuesday, October 28, near the junction with Chatham Place.
Kent Police said a white car was travelling west before the collision took place involving the boy and an e-scooter. It is alleged the driver of the vehicle left the scene.
The teenager sustained injuries to his face, legs and feet. He attended a local hospital and was later discharged.
A police spokesperson said: "Anyone with relevant information, including CCTV and dashcam, is urged to come forward. Witnesses to the incident, or who saw the vehicle prior to it, should call Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting 28-1312.
