A 22-year-old Greensboro woman is facing felony charges, accused of killing her 2-month-old baby, according to court documents.
Keaja Dixon was arrested on Nov. 4 and charged with first-degree murder and intentional child abuse inflicting serious injury. Court records say the alleged abuse happened on Jan. 20, 2025.
Investigators say the baby boy suffered life-threatening brain trauma, with bleeding found in the brain, chest, and spine.
Dixon appeared in court Friday for the first time.
