LYONS, Ga. (WTOC) - [UPDATE 9:57 a.m. 12/2/2025] A public auction previously scheduled for today is now scheduled for December 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Toombs County Courthouse Square, the Toombs County Sheriff’s Office announced in a social media post .

The sale is a result of a judgment obtained by Georgia Palliative Care, Inc. for $2,589,034.79 against Bryan Rodney Stowe and Jennifer Lee Gregory.
