CLEVELAND (WJW) -- Though Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is not among the 40 airports at which the Federal Aviation Administration was expected to begin reducing flights on Friday due to the federal government shutdown, local travelers may still be impacted.

The airport's flight status tracker on Friday morning showed seven departing flights and 11 incoming flights that day had been canceled, though the tracker does not provide the causes for the cancellations. The flights were to and from cities including Chicago, Detroit, New York and Washington, D.C.
