BULLHEAD CITY — Family members of four local U.S. service members received the banners that had flown on Heroes Highway in their honor following their departure from service.
In a twice-a-year rite, the Tri-State Military Moms announced the retirement of 11 banners during Tuesday's meeting of the Bullhead City Council. Four of those discharged were represented by family members; the other seven were not. ×
