A surprise encounter between Janshakti Janata Dal (JJD) founder Tej Pratap Yadav and BJP MP Ravi Kishan at Patna Airport on Friday stirred political chatter amid the ongoing Bihar Assembly elections.

The two leaders, seen chatting as they exited the terminal, drew attention from journalists who speculated whether the meeting between the former RJD leader, once a fierce critic of the BJP and RSS, and the Gorakhpur MP hinted at a possible political realignment.

Both had returned from hectic campaign trails. Yadav, who was expelled from the RJD by his father and party chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, had been canvassing for his party’s candidates in Gaya, while Kishan had addressed rallies in East and West Champaran.
