Judge rejects motions from second defendant in Matthew Maison case

A judge rejected two motion from the defense in the Matthew Maison murder case Friday, Nov. 7.

St. Clair County Circuit Court Judge Cynthia Lane denied the request from Maurice Houle's attorney to quash the murder charge filed against him, as well as a motion to block evidence obtained from search warrants conducted in the case.
