Graduating student Smith has earned praise as “an exemplary student-athlete.” Article content Article content

“He is hardworking, humble and passionate about both sport and studies,” St. Bens athletic staff said in a release. “He managed to attain the highest grades in his Grade 11 class while maintaining a very active multi-sport schedule.”

Smith had a successful football season this fall as defensive end and also participated in cross-country running. On the volleyball team, he was a versatile player who contributed in both the outside hitter and middle positions, making him a true asset to the team.
