AAP leader Atishi on Friday expressed grave concern over the simultaneous conduct of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) and Zila Panchayat elections in Goa, stating that with elections underway, the entire political machinery of parties remains fully engaged in campaigning, leaving party workers unable to participate in or monitor the SIR process.
