BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — Home prices in Baldwin County came down slightly, while sales stayed about the same, according to the Baldwin County October 2025 Housing Report.

The report, released by Baldwin Realtors each month, said sale prices were down for both resort and traditional residential markets compared to the same time last year.

Homes also reportedly stayed on the market a bit longer compared to the same time last year.

In Baldwin County's resort area — which includes all of Orange Beach, Fort Morgan and anything in Gulf Shores south of Canal Road — the average sale price of a home reportedly dipped 4.5%, leading to an average of $738,077 per home.
