Jimmy Kimmel Taping Canceled at Last Minute Due to ‘Personal Matter’

ABC abruptly cancelled Thursday’s taping of due to a “personal matter” involving the host.

The show, which is usually taped in the afternoon and then aired during the late-night time slot, was set to feature actors David Duchovny and Joe Keery , as well as musical guest Madison Beer.

Beer announced on social media, “Due to unforeseen circumstances, @jimmykimmellive needed to reschedule my performance that was originally scheduled to air tonight to a later date.”

Although neither ABC nor Kimmel have given a reason for the cancellation, reported that it was due to “a personal matter” involving the host.
