Jammu : Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, Friday chaired a meeting of the Unique Identification Authority of India Implementation Committee (UIDIC) to review the progress of Aadhaar-based initiatives and discuss measures to strengthen the authentication ecosystem across Jammu and Kashmir.
