Gallatin High’s volleyball team started the season on a 24-match winning streak, only losing for the first time last week in a reverse sweep to crosstown rival Bozeman High.

That decision aside, the Raptors have been the most dominant Class AA team in the state this season, and the team’s three college-bound athletes are a significant reason why. With just one of them set to graduate in 2026, and the other two in 2027, Gallatin is poised to not only have a good shot of defending its 2024 state championship in next week’s state tournament, but it will certainly be a threat next year as well.
