BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. (WETM) — A Towanda man was sentenced to serve time in a correctional facility as well as a treatment court program after selling meth twice to an undercover agent in 2024, according to a release from the Bradford County District Attorney's Office.

Edwin L. Soper Jr., 34, was sentenced to 188 days in the Bradford County Correctional Facility, followed by 24 months in the Bradford County Treatment Court Program on two counts of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.

Soper Jr.'s sentencing stems from an arrest in the spring of 2025, following incidents that happened in 2024, where officials said he sold meth to an undercover agent two different times. Soper Jr. was also found guilty of endangering the welfare of a child, the DA stated.
