BELLEVUE, Neb. —

The Nebraska State Patrol arrested a former Bellevue police officer in a child enticement investigation.

According to the NSP, the investigation started in July after the Nebraska attorney general's office requested troopers to investigate a report regarding officer Ryan Agustin, 38.

The investigation found Agustin to be in possession of manufactured sexual abuse material.

On Friday, troopers arrested Agustin for manufacturing child sexual abuse material.

According to the Bellevue Police Department, Agustin was placed on administrative leave at the start of the investigation, and after reviewing the findings from the investigation, his employment with the BPD has been terminated.
