Foul play is not suspected in the death of a man whose body was found in a portable bathroom on Rowan Street earlier this week, Fayetteville police said.

According to the Fayetteville Police Department, the body of Willie Davion Jones, 39, was found about 2:20 p.m. Nov. 5 inside a bathroom on the outskirts of Rowan Park, next to the Lions Civic Center.

"There did not appear to be any suspicious circumstances," Sgt. Alpha Caldwell said Nov. 7. "The office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine his cause and manner of death."
