KENNETT, Mo. (KFVS) - Dunklin County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Ryan Dicus announced that Cameron Kerbyson was sentenced to 64 years in prison after a jury found him guilty of 16 felonies.

Dicus says the judge sentenced Kerbyson to four years in prison for each of the 16 counts in which he was found guilty.

Kerbyson was found guilty by a jury during a trial in September.

The charges stem from an incident in which Kerbyson violently attacked his girlfriend in May of 2023 and his subsequent attempts to intimidate the victim in an effort to get her to change her testimony or not testify against him.
